BeoSound Theatre is modularly designed and optimized for 55", 65" and 77" LG screens (G2/G3 and Z2/Z3 series). The different adjustments to the screen width are achieved by different sized sidewings. Depending on the screen size, the screen width is very similar for most manufacturers and often only differs by a few millimeters. In most cases, this minimal discrepancy will hardly be noticed.
If you are willing to accept this visual "shortcoming", you can also use BeoSound Theatre with other brands of TVs that support HDMI-eARC, adding Bang & Olufsen sound to your home theater experience. Call us or send us a message via our contact form, we will be happy to advise you!
If you plan to use the soundbar without a TV, we recommend that you choose the 55" version.

Inspired by the grace of a sailboat.
The keel-like design of the Beosound Theatre is intended to reflect the effortless grace of sailboats, giving the appearance of resting on a sheet of aluminum and floating in the air as a fluid form.
This illusion was artfully created using the aluminum expertise of Bang & Olufsen's factory in Struer, Denmark. The solid oak slat cover is made in a family-run factory in Denmark and is a perfect match for Bang & Olufsen's Beolab speakers, such as the Beolab 18, Beolab 28 and Beolab 50. The design of the slats, which are clipped in rather than glued in place, means they can be easily disassembled or replaced, while the fabric version is designed as a visually softer solution that blends easily with any interior design.

The Beosound Theatre features 12 speaker drivers, including two custom 6.5-inch long-throw woofers, and 80 watts of amplifier power to produce sound pressure levels up to 112 dB for a powerful and immersive cinema experience. Building on the beam-width and beam-direction control developed for Bang & Olufsen's flagship Beolab 90 loudspeakers, the Beosound Theatre offers a new type of three-dimensional sound dispersion thanks to the patent-pending combination of direct side-firing and upward-firing loudspeakers. This means that all the speaker drivers work together, not only to produce the sound, but also to control its beam width and direction.
"We originally developed the beam width and beam direction control for the Beolab 90 to reduce the effect of side wall reflections at the listening position. Basically, to make the walls disappear. Bang & Olufsen is known for its unique approach to craftsmanship and design. Based on the principles of modularity, you can easily convert the soundbar into a complete wall-mounted or floor-standing Bang & Olufsen TV experience, so it fits in perfectly and takes up no more space than your existing TV..
The modular design concept also applies to the TV screens and the soundbar cover, both of which are interchangeable. The aluminum "wings" are also expandable for customers whose TV screens grow as they upgrade, proving that Beosound Theatre continues to provide perfectly integrated solutions for longevity.*

The soundbar is available in the basic colors Silver, Gold Tone and Black Anthracite. Color-matching covers made of textile or wood can be selected. Included with the soundbar is both the wall mount and the color matching table stand.
