The designer

Award-winning Danish designer Øivind Alexander Slaatto is responsible for the design of the A9. Inspired by the simplicity and symmetry of the circle and its connection to the way sound travels in wave form, he has created a minimalist yet impressive product. The focus was on reducing the physical design to the essentials and thereby developing a purist, yet functional loudspeaker. With its gentle circular shape, which is accentuated by natural materials such as fabric and wood, the A9 fits perfectly into any living space.

Fibonacci pattern

The highlight of the A9 is its front cover. It is made from a perforated polymer and features the characteristic Fibonacci pattern, which is often found in nature. This pattern, which reflects the growth of natural organisms, represents the constant evolution of life - a perfect symbol of the authentic musical experience that the A9 offers. The pattern also cleverly masks the necessary openings for acoustic transparency.
